When you submit the demo request form, we collect:

- anything you choose to tell us about your environment
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your request and, if you want to go ahead, to arrange a demo or evaluation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, a check that keeps automated spam out of the form. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address.
- Microsoft Azure Communication Services delivers your form submission to our team by email.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and any relationship that follows, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
